Not actually a ban appeal cause fuck it's 15 minutes, but seriously saegrimer? You don't think people use initialisms in real life? You know "lol" is planned to be put in the OED as a spoken word (awful I know but still true)?

And yet... Saeg, I'm curious, do you warn people for this or is it immediately ban-time? I typically hand out a lot of warnings for IC in OOC or vice versa, compared to the amount of times I've actually had to bother giving them 15 or more.

I've going by what was talked about in the admin thread, where it was a unanimous decision to ban it a month ago including your approval.
I've been treating it like IC in OOC, where before that I just severely brain damaged them (say retarded things, become actually retarded) with a warning.

Its also 15 minutes for a very clearly defined and extremely easy to follow rule, which you parroted twice in less than a minute over the radio.
Either way i've been told to go back to issuing warnings first from now on.

The duration is irrelevant. I understand that I broke a rule but it was pretty uncalled for for an instant ban which you apparently weren't meant to be doing, so I don't get why you're still being aggro about it, but hey ho. Thank you Hibbles.
