This ban reason is somewhat misleading, the primary reason you were banned is because we have a very strong reason to believe, based on indications from admin tools, that you're an evading account. For that reason your presence is not welcome.
I'm going to leave this appeal closed, but I'd like to clarify something:

This is not entirely true. Using a VPN is acceptable. Using a VPN as a method to help evade previous bans, however, is not.
The caveat to VPNs is that we reserve the right to ban people acting shady with them, given its common use as a tool to evade.
The very act of using a VPN is not disallowed, though, as the quoted post may imply.
