Your side of the story:Well he beat me up along side a innocent man when I stopped a other officer from taking his two pets I tried to arrest the officer when the warden and HoS stun sticked me and arrested me and a friend I broke out of my cuffs with the innocent man and attacked both of them,Then we got 16 minutes same cell so when we got out the HoS was being attacked by his spider we dragged him off thinking he was dead he awoke and then we chased him to med bay and I killed him with my stunstick/other weapons.
Why you think you should be unbanned:Because this has nothing to do with the security role asides me killing the HoS and people have critted me just for shoving them because they were in my way and they just get a warning I also had gotten a 1 day ban also they beat me all to hellwhen they first arrested me.

Alright so you and Marcus Barker, your friend and the one you call an innocent man, attack and cuff the security officer Julia Fritz for stealing chickens. HoS doesn't agree with this and brigs you for some time.
I don't ever see him beating you at all in the logs. Then later you walk up to him in medbay tell him you want to talk to him, stun him, and beat him to death along with your curator friend who assists by drilling him. Your curator friend also happens to be a traitor.

This is not how you do your job as security, if you have a disagreement with the HoS you can try to get him demoted by talking to the captain or maybe other officers in your department. You don't "elect" a new HoS by walking up to them and killing them.
Also just because there are incidents where other people arent punished for breaking the rules doesn't give you a free pass to break them yourself. You used your weapons and role as a security officer to kill the HoS unjustly, you deserve a sec ban for that. I'm denying this appeal.

No, you'd get a day ban. The point I want to focus on is not necessarily just the weapons that were used, which you have to be responsible with considering their lethality, but also the manner in which you handled your disagreement with the HoS. Security officers shouldn't be executing their HoS over a disagreement with an arrest, they can attempt to get them demoted by talking with other officers or the captain/another head of staff to arrange a demotion. You did none of this, instead opting to walk up to them, initiate a conversation then execute them on the spot. As a security officer you misused your role, and the weapons/responsibility that go along with it; hence the role ban.

Also, bananas are not the same thing as batons/lasers. The sec gear is much less widely available to the station, and capable of a lot more damage than a banana peel.
