My side of the story: I think I was spamming something in the OOC after I had died, like big paragraphs of text. Don't remember what it was exactly [4 months is a long time for me]
Why I should be unbanned: I love tgstation and SS13 and want to be in the community again. I also personally think a permaban for spamming OOC is a bit harsh, but thats just my 2 cents. You probably hear this in every ban appeal but I'll be on better behavior if let back in.

This ban was placed on round 101886 (as per the image in OP) which took place on 2019-02-16 in Bagil. The player was playing Theodore Kaczynski, the quartermaster. The time posted is in UTC (05:17:02), not EST, to clarify. (src, statbus, scrubby).

Im no longer an admin, but the ban was placed more so that you'd come and explain why in gods name you thought anything about that was sensible or a nice thing to say in the ooc channels and then we could decided the severity of your ban.

I'm going to be keeping this ban in place. My first instinct was to let it slide as its been a few months and you have a relatively clean record other than that, however reading the logs themselves are frankly off putting and disturbing. The occasional copypasta jokes in OOC are fine, but as oranges said this is on another level altogether.

My advice to you would be to play on another server so you may return and at least report back that you haven't caused any more incidents like this there.

Additionally I am going to be filling out the ban note further to provide context, as the current ban reason is rather vague.
