Your side of the story: i said i was 10 in ooc. I was talking about my penis size obviously but scared of shadows thought i was refering to my age. the admins pmed me and i said i was 10 inches. However i got banned anyway, another admin seemed to understand what i was talking about though. I think we should promote scared of shadows to badmin
Why you think you should be unbanned: because i am innocent and havent done anything wrong. Scared of shadows = badmins

Is not how you properly admin. Griffons gets like a week ban and this guy gets eight years because of some stupid joke. Also i doubt he'd be ten if he had a 14 years old friend/be 14 years old himself.

If i remember correctly, there was an admin below eighteen years old, some guy just threw it up in ban request. Unless it was funny epen joke but based on An0n3 logic it would still be valid.

We're obligated by United States law to take that seriously. We have to take reasonable measures to ensure everyone is 18+.

Because of our content we're not allowed to let someone play here when they blatantly say "HAHA IM UNDERAGED GUYS".
We're not allowed to just assume you're joking, or insist that you're joking so it's okay.
Zayn was given the opportunity to say "No I'm actually X years old and cool to play here in all seriousness"
Instead he just said he was underaged again.

I've heard a lots of time from anons that when they were at Gamestop or target they saw cashiers letting a dad/mom buy their kid a Mature game. This game contains "adult content", so it is required by law to prevent minors from getting access to it. This is normally done by the YOU MUST BE 18 TO PLAY HERE warning on the login screen, but since you were an idiot and said you were 10, SoS was required BY LAW to prevent you from playing. You provide proof that you're 18, you get to play again. And SoS is the server host, so don't go thinking you can BS your way out of it, as he IS the liable person under the law, so it is doubtful that he will fuck around.

i find it very unjust that showing you my drivers license is the only way to get unbanned. In the pm i disclosed 5 seconds later that i was making a joke, and i feel very uncomfortable showing a bunch of people on the internet my personal info, and also im in brazil so hah us laws.i admit that it was a bad idea for me to say im 10 again but i cleared it up with my next pm. also, if i realy was 10 i would be playing "call of booty:black cops 2". You can pretty much say that everyone playing is over 18, what 10 year old kid has the attention span to learn how to play a game with such a steep learning curve like this, when was the last time you saw a 12 year old play dwarf fortress or anything like that?

Incidentally, if you're silly enough to do stupid shit with no regard for the consequences then you probably aren't going to do well at a game that demands quick decision making with big consequences like not being able to play on the server anymore.

That said, just post some id to an admin. The only reason not to is you don't trust a single admin on the server (In which case why are you playing here?) Or you're actually underaged (in which case you shouldn't be playing here).

on the old forums
there was a thread that was basically "You're 18, right? Just say you're 18 and this will all go away"
where several admins who were known to be underage were banned, and all they had to do was say "Oh, I was only joking about that, I'm not underage!" to get unbanned+re-adminned

so, basically, Zayn, you were joking, right?
