I looked in the database, and the only headbans I saw on you that could still be going were placed by QuartzCrystal, and not myself, and they were in mid-November. I'll direct him to this thread.

You were the HoP and went ahead and executed a prisoner without checking with either the Captain or HoS (or even making an attempt to do so). It has been a while though and you haven't managed to do anything griefy since so I'll lift the heads bans.
