Your side of the story: I was a security officer, and I was patrolling, when I heard reports of cult in dorms, I tried to arrest on of them, they caught me, and I begged for them not to kill me. They silenced me I used the "me" emote, and started to beg to not kill me, and I thought it would be funny if I tried to quote a GMOD video, and instead of saying your gonna suck this cock clean, I said I am gonna suck your cock clean baby, and said after that I am gonna suck you off, after that I got banned. I understand, that the quotes aren't exact from that GMOD video, but I tried to make it similar when I committed this action.

Why you think you should be unbanned:I understand that I do have a spotty note history, but I felt that the only major thing I have caused trouble recently was that assistant ban I got two months ago, and I don't feel that I tip toe the lines since I make sure that I ahelp before I commit such action, and make sure to read the rules; however, I feel that I do deserve a ban for the things I have said. In all honesty, I felt that I didn't purposely ERP, and I thought it would be funny to state some quotes, well try from this video I had saw a while back, I understand it doesn't excuse the actions I have committed, but I didn't intentionally ERP as thats obviously aganist the rules on TG Station. My whole gimmick as Bindy Johal, is being a class clown who likes to entertain people through his various antics, but I do feel that the actions I have committed during that day, deserved some sort of ban, but not a perm ban. I feel guilty for the actions I have committed, and I felt sad when I got permbanned since I realized that the shitter gimmick I had done, had costed me. I do feel that my gimmicks of being a shitter has been getting me into trouble, despite not trying to be a dick to other people, and I feel that if I do get unbanned, or the ban lowered, then this should be a wake up call for me, to change my gimmick to something more tame, as if I keep continuing to do this, I will get more trouble. As well, I feel that I should have the ban lowered since this is my first offense regarding rule 8. Simply, I do feel guilty for the actions I have caused, but in my view I just simply wanted to have entertain and be funny, but you might be thinking how does emoting saying you wanting to suck dick is funny? Well, we all have our sense of humor, and I felt that it was funny to me, but it still doesn't justify the actions I have committed. Simply, I feel that the actions I have committed are ban worthy, but I feel that a permban is a bit too much since, I felt I have improved despite my note history, as I make sure to ahelp regarding the actions I have committed as stated by my positive note, and I just simply wanted to entertain people and make people laugh. As well, I apologize to the admins, and the people that were involved in this incident, and I didn't want to creep them out with the things I said. I just wanted to make people laugh by acting goofy and doing stupid stuff. I just want to go back to /tg/ and be with my friends, and not cause any problems. I miss /tg/ so much, that I just resort to reading the deathlogs on Statbus, and the chat logs for the sake of it. I do believe I deserve a ban for the actions I have committed, and I understand that the banning admin in charge was simply doing their job in making sure that /tg/ is in good hands, but I feel that a permban is unfair.

I understand Mathias, but you spent that entire round trying to make a maxcap which ended up failing, and I realized that we were gonna get caught, since that’s what your gonna do. I also made sure to PDA my BB’s before suicide bombing. I apologize for the tone of my language towards you;however, after finding out that you were my BB we weren’t gonna last a chance due to you making maxcap bombs which would arouse the suspicion so I wanted to suicide bomb and ask permission for you, but I got a bit angry since you refused to listen which is why I swore at you. I also asked you for you to research Cyro syringe since you wanted an alternative to suicide bombing, but you refused to research it and when I came up to you, you closed the research shutters on me, which led to more frustration since we didn’t have proper cooperation. Also, I initially refused to suicide bomb since you told me the alternative to rdx/telsium syringe gun, but you didn’t research it which resorted me to suicide bomb again.

I'm of the opinion that a permanent ban was just in this case.

Erotic/creepy stuff is not allowed - No form of erotic roleplay is allowed on the servers, including things that could be construed as sexual by unwilling participants.

You may have been quoting a meme as you say, in a context-vacuum this is sucking a cultist's cock, no ifs or buts. Even if the context was there, this is sucking a cultist's cock, no ifs or buts.
This is clear breaking of rule 8 but in any other case the factor of it being a reference to a meme would be taken into account and I'd consider reducing a ban or just not permanently banning outright if it was mentioned in the initial ticket (which you didn't). The reason this appeal is being denied is because you've had one permanent ban already, as well as 15 other bans for varying reasons, including a permanent assistant ban. Most people don't get afforded this many chances, and after being let off the hook so many times you should really be accustomed with at least the basic rules right now, including rule 8. I haven't seen significant reform myself, Analbifida warned you just a couple of days before I gave you this ban that you needed to stop being shitsec.

You have continued to break rules, and I don't think you're capable of changing without significant time off again, so this is a hard pass from me. I'd consider unbanning you if you got a voucher from another server that showed you have at least some capacity to change for the better and respect rules, but then and only then.

I understand Pugie, but I was going to mention that it was a joke in the ahelps and that I wasn’t going to actually ERP in the ahelps; however, I got banned before I was going to tell you that I was just doing this for jokes and I wasn't actually ERP. You might be thinking, why didn't I tell you after that, because I read that we weren't allowed to tell admins about our bans on discord or on forums. So I had to wait it out. As well, I understand that I had 15 bans, but some of those bans were OOC related due to me posting copypasta. Also, after that assistant ban, I realized that I need to change myself for the better, so I stopped greytiding, and made sure to not get into any fights and made sure to go over escalation. Over the two years I have been on /tg/, I have felt that I have made improvements in my journey, before I was a dick that griefed, greytided, and attacked people without escalation. I realized that this was going to get me banned soon as possible, so I started to do gimmicks, and act like a class clown, and try not to be a dick to people. Now my issue so far recently is just OOC related things, since I got in trouble for posting copypastas. I understand that you are simply doing your job, but I feel that I am improving myself as a player;however, I do make some dumb mistakes on the way. I feel that the, ban is deserved, but I feel it shouldn’t be a permban since I wasn’t able to explain my story in ahelps as well that I felt that I was improving as a player;however, all of that is in your hands and you are the one calling the shots.

As well, I make sure to read the rules, I know it’s not apparent in this case, but I was just joking around and trying to be funny. Even in my notes I got a positive note for ahelping before doing anything, I know that’s not much, but I make sure to read them. I know I may not be a shining player, but I make sure to not cause any trouble or be a dick to anyone. I do deserve a ban for this, but not a permban and I know you are simply doing your job. I hope I didn’t cause any issues with the staff. It was my fault and mistake for saying that and I take full responsibility, I didn’t know it would lead up to these consequences but I realize that I do deserve a ban as it falls within rule 8 even though I didn’t intend to.

It was my mistake for abusing the emote system like that, and i deeply apologize for making people uncomfortable, but I didn’t intend to ruin anyone’s round or be a dick to anyone. I didn’t know that these would be the consequences for my actions, I do deserve a ban, but not a permban for something I didn’t intend to do maliciously.If I do get this ban reduced or removed then I will have to go through a complete character change and prove that I can be a valuable player to /tg/. I hope I didn’t sound aggressive to any of the staff team, or to anyone that was reading this and I am very sorry for my actions. I’m not sure if you guys think my apology is genuine, but I’m deeply sorry for causing this trouble. Especially to Pugie who has to deal with this, I apologize to him for this the most.

Adding to/adjusting the definitions so that players can post in a thread regarding something they weren't involved in, IF IT IS TO BRING UP/POINT TO/HIGHLIGHT a rule, precedent, or piece of evidence that was missed that is relevant to the situation.

If you are not involved in the ban appeal (READ: The banned party or banning admin) or are not doing as above, it is a peanut post. This thread's already half deleted posts and I'm tempted to lock it with us getting nowhere.

The admin has rejected the appeal and unless the banned player presents further relevant evidence that they've improved their behavior, this thread will be locked in 24 hours. Or whenever I get back from wrasslin'.

I understand Vekter, but in Pugie's response they told me they would lessen the ban if they told me in ahelps that it was a joke; however, I didn't have enough time to tell them that it was a joke, since I got banned soon after, and I though to myself I should just tell them it was a joke in still appeal, since I didn't want to get into more trouble DMing them, since DMing the banning admin about getting banned is frowned upon, and gets you into more trouble. As well, I feel that I have a basic understanding of the rules, and after that greytide ban, I haven't gotten into myself in trouble regarding escalation , or griefing; however, this one joke that I foolishy said that for some reason I thought it was funny, costed me. I do deserve a ban for the actions I have done, and despite me not intending to break rule 8, I unintentionally broke them, but I don't think a permban is justified. I want to respond to pugie, when I read in his paragraph regarding him lowering my ban, if I told him earlier that it was a joke, but I didn't have a enough time to tell him, and I got banned. Which is why I am just waiting for his response, since I couldn't tell him about it after the ban, only in the appeals. As well, doesn't the headmin have to close this thread. Forgive me if I sounded rude, or aggressive which I didn't intend to, but I am just waiting for Pugie's response since I read his paragraph stating that he would've lowered the ban if I mentioned it that it was a joke earlier.

I understand, but how do I keep breaking the rules, after that assistant ban I kept being smart and made sure to not get in trouble, Aswell, because of my old note history you think that I am still breaking the same rules. I am accustomed to those same rules that i gotten in trouble in the past, but because of my old note history you think I didn’t learn a lesson? All because I unintentionally broke rule 8 without causing any harm. . After 2 months, of that assistant ban I didn’t get in any more trouble regarding that other than that warning by anal, which I felt I different about since the logs during that round tells a different story. Is it because of my old note history you think that I didn’t learn a lesson, I mean for peat sakes I made sure to make the rules other than that rule 8 I didn’t mean to break. As well those 15 bans, some of those bans were 1 minute or 30 minute bans for posting copypastas in OOC’s. It’s been 2 months since I got in trouble regarding escalation, grief and all sorts that, and because of those old notes you think I still break those same rules.

Yeah, I really didn't know what I was thinking with this essay, I mean in all honesty this made me look like a nut job instead of helping in my case, and getting an voucher was a better alternative then writing an almost 4000 word essay.

Thank you PAS for unlocking this thread. I feel that honesty, despite the notes I had in the past that I am improving as a person. For example, many of my notes in the past were regarding chem, and escalation since I often got into fights or made grenades as non-antag and gotten into issues, but now I haven't even gotten into issue at all with chems. The admins that have dealt with me in the past, now that I don't have any issues with chemistry, or with escalation despite with that warning I got about being shitsec from analbifida a couple days ago,which was removed since they found out that I wasn't even shitsec, as stated in the logs and infact the people I killed were breaking into sec and were attacking sec officers. As well, regarding that permanent assistant ban that was factored in along with that warning in my permban, well I have qualms against it; however, I couldn't make an appeal since I was planning to make an appeal, but I got perm banned during that time. I felt that there was a misunderstanding with the note since I didn't say I didn't care if I was banned, but I didn't care if I was killed in IC, and I wasn't pestering them I was simply ahelping, just to know when I was able to greytide in certain times, I wasn't even trying to toe the lines, and I felt that a permanent assistant ban was unfair since I was simply wondering, not trying to be malicious. Let's bring up the point of ahelps, ever since three months ago, I been ahelping a lot asking whether I was doing this right, or what I felt was aganist the rules to make sure I wasn't breaking any rules. You can see the evidence, as I have gotten a positive note from raveradbury that I have been ahelping all the time on Manuel, since I didn't want to fuck up. And you think that I am not accustomed to the basic rules? That I don't get in trouble with making grenades as a non-chemist as I make sure to ahelp, as long with escalation I ahelp and look at the results. Been 3-4 months since I have gotten in trouble, so you see I have improved, and with the positive note, its for sure that I make sure to ahelp before committing a certain action. The actions I have committed was unacceptable, and I know it doesn't excuse it. I know I defend it that it was me, just joking around and not erping, but I still unintentionally broke rule 8. So there has to be a ban, but not a permanent ban. I don't know if this will change your mind with this Pugie, but let me tell you, other admins have dealt with me, and they know that I have changed a lot for the better, I know that there is a long way to go for me, and honestly I just want or hope that this ban will be reduced. I mean honestly, I can drop the entire class clown act. I just don't want to get into anymore trouble, I just simply want to go back to /tg/. I miss the community there so much, I miss my friends, and etc. It sucks, just chilling in discord, while your friends play on /tg/. I just resort to looking at statbus, and the /tg/ website. I just miss the community, and the friends I have made. I feel that this ban has some communication problems since you justified the permban with the warning and permanent assistant ban that I had gotten, despite the warning being removed, and me believing that the permanent assistant ban was a misunderstanding. I admit, that my actions doesn't excuse anything, and I had fucked up and broke rule 8, not on purpose. I wasn't trying to be malicious and actually ERP with someone, but because of this one minor screw up. I own up to my actions and it was my fault. It doesn't mean that I am not accustomed to the rules, but I am accustomed to them, and I make sure to ahelp the admins all the time. Which is why I feel that my ban should be reduced, due to me stating the facts above, and if Pugie isn't willing to reduce the ban. Then I am requesting the headmins to make some sort of verdict to my case. Since I feel that there was some misunderstanding and such with this permban, and I have improved a lot as a player Pugie. I don't tip toe the lines, I would've gotten in trouble for that a long time ago, I make sure to ahelp, I didn't even gotten in trouble at all. I know that I have spotty notes, and I had a bad behaviour, but I have improved over these couple of months, and its been a long journey for me, but because of one fuck up I did, it's costed me everything. I love /tg/ and all, and now I can't go back to it anymore, because of my stupid mistakes. I am aware of my past behaviour, but its the past, I gotta focus on the present, and in the present I have changed for the good, but there are some improvements on the way however. But I want to change for the good. So, I hope that Pugie can understand and reduce the ban, and if he doesn't. Then I request a headmin to look into it, and if they can't then I will go get a voucher, but I feel that the permban is unjust and that there are just some misunderstandings for this, but I can't be calling the shots since I am not in charge in deciding my fate. I just simply feel that this one fuck up, despite me trying to improve has costed me everything, and I hope it doesn't. I am seriously trying my best to improve as a player such as ahelping, and reading the rules, despite this incident.

As well, the warning I got that was used by Pugie as a justification to perm ban me, was removed since the logs showed that I wasn't doing anything wrong. It doesn't excuse my actions at all, but I am just simply stating that it was removed, and it shows that I didn't get in any major trouble for 2-3 months. Once again, I ain't trying to deflect my actions or make excuses, I fucked up even though I didn't ERP on purpose, but I did break the rules, as stated in the paragraphs above I feel that my ban should be reduced, but thats up to the admins discretion and their decision, but if they want to get a voucher then I will just get a voucher. I don't want to argue about this ban, well I guess I am kinda am, but not in a way saying its not my fault, its my fault, but trying to explain as stated above. I am trying to get a voucher as Edgar stated above, but I am just trying to stating my points in why my ban should be reduced.

I got a voucher from beestation MRP and the voucher was sent through discord by the headmin who issued it to the admins. I guess making a long essay was pointless, made myself look like an idiot, and wasn't helping my case. I hope this will show how much I have changed as a player. As they say actions prove more than words, and Pugie was right in getting a voucher as it shows how much a player changes rather than saying how you won’t do it again.

We as headmins recognize that you have, on multiple occasions, felt genuine guilt or remorse for your actions. We recognize that you have attempted on several occasions expressed a want to change, improve, or otherwise behave more in line with the rules of the server.

However, on each of those occasions thus far, you have found your way back into old habits of bad behavior, and this is a pattern that we simply can't ignore. A couple of your bans are very short 1 minute bans, and we recognize this, but having 32 bans on record is a very high number. On several occasions you have described your character as being a rude person, or trying to be mean or however you'd like to put it. While some in character conflict is totally valid, there's a point where it stops being "my character is mean" and starts becoming "I am making the game un-fun for other people playing it."

To the extensive peanut gallery commenting on this ban: This is, and never was, a ban just about any one specific incident. This is a ban based on a long-term pattern of behavior that we have had to deal with time and time again. As with many long-term offenders you've gained some notoriety in the community which many people are responding to, but at the end of the day anyone else who'd received as many notes and bans on record as you have and continued to show the same pattern of behavior would've been banned a long time ago.

Regarding your voucher, I also personally recognize that you have been playing well on Beestation, but given the situation on OUR end this is not enough to satisfy our belief that you've improved. On a personal level, I hope that you DO improve and can continue to show a good record on other servers so that you may return to ours in a years time with a better chance at appealing.

Edit: I have spoken with RiskySikh, and I will offer the following addendum: If the future headmins wish to allow him to appeal in a 6 month period instead of the standard year, that's entirely up to them (as it would be anyway) but I will not make a specific exception, nor will I discourage one, at this time. It is entirely their call.
