Your side of the story: I accidentally ICed in OOC, it was part of an ongoing conversation with crew when I was cursed after picking up a katana shortly after one of the lavaland changes that made them cursed.

Why you think you should be unbanned: I never intended to appeal this note until the admin suggested I do so when they saw me gripe about it in discord. This was wholly accidental IC in OOC, the contributing factor to the admin action was another accidental OOC 17 minutes earlier

Anyway, I'd be happy if this note reflected that it was an accidental IC in OOC and happier if it were removed entirely since there was nothing malicious behind it and it as unlikely to impact the round. If I were the one taking action, I would have probably done the same as that time, so after reflection, I can't fault you for it.

For the sake of transparency, I did see Kassori complain about this in Discord and reconsidered having placed the ban. The last three months have involved some rethinking of how I handle situations like this and I am convinced that he did accidentally do this.
