References of good conduct: Played on Bay pretty much everyday, some days for multiple rounds, so an average of about 2:30 hours a day. Despite this relatively high playtime, I was never really bwoinked, and most likely not even noted, at least for anything serious (only time I can recall there being any sort of issue, is when I suicided near roundend, finding out that suiciding isn't allowed on Bay, which as you probably know is allowed in almost every server) however that bwoink was easily resolved, just saying that I could've had a minor note referencing that, in case I did it again.

The admins online when I was online the most, were Lorwp and Sierrakodo

E: Can you explain to me what happened in the round on the 19th where you were talked to by an admin about anti-coop antag behavior? The admin I spoke to said you were having issues working as a team with the other heist members.

Ah that one, I ahelped about that.
I was in a raider squad of 3 people, and we started off by me sending us to a space ruin (casino), to get some loot from it, as we are raiders, before getting to the Torch (main station).
While me and the other guy were in the casino looking around, the third guy (and this is the guy I'm going to be talking about here) said he was going to launch the ship away (leave us marooned) in just a few minutes, saying it was a waste of time to be at the casino, and not the Torch
We both made it back, and started going to the Torch, however the other guy disappeared, I don't remember how. With just me and the guy who threatened marooning us, sitting at the table.
He tried talking to me (roleplaying and all that) but because of his character being so memey, and him previously being annoying by threatening to maroon us as team antags, I didn't reply to him during the flight to the Torch (his name was Great Carp, and always talked in third person, and referencing the carp god)
Upon getting there I asked what we should do as our main plan, to which he wouldn't reply to me, and asking again, he said something like "Oh, NOW you want to talk to me?" and wouldn't cooperate *at all*. I ahelped this, as being team antags this guy threatened to leave us behind, then now doesn't cooperate a single shred to work together. Admin says he told them to cooperate, yadda yadda.
I make up the idea for our objective being to hijack the ship, to which I tell him over comms, and go up to bridge and break in, then start using the consoles. Meanwhile, after a long time, I get fed up waiting for him, and find out he's at the lowest deck, talking to crew. He completely ignored the objective I set out, with me talking about it as I went to do it, without actually mentioning that he currently was pretty much going against it, by alerting the crew to our presence.
I tried to go downstairs, seeing as he said he was being confronted, I now was obligated to help him, but a crewmember hiding in a locker gunned me in the head with a shotgun when I went to go downstairs, killing me instantly.

I TRIED to cooperate with this guy, but they wouldn't listen, reply... it was fucking horrible, definitely my worst experience on Bay. I don't know why this would be in reference to me though, I was the one asking him to plan with me, what we should accomplish, and he just didn't reply, or said sarcastic remarks, so logs would should that, is what I'm saying.

I would like to add that I work very well with teams in TG, usually leading nuke ops or becoming a cult leader.
This guy on Bay...I don't know if it was his character, or him IRL, but considering it was going against working as an antagonist team, most likely the latter.
I just wanted to team up to raid the Torch.
