Your side of the story: Me and my good pal, decided it would be pretty funny if we did a gig where we were Jesse and White from breaking bad. We were communicating fairly regularly, and not metacomming. The only time we metacommed, imo, is when we told each other to dress up accordingly. Other than that, we simply had the goal to do the funny. I understand why the admin(s) would of believed we were metacomming, but we were not. The admin states we were not IC talking, but we were. Although it was mostly jokes, we were still telling each other IC what we were doing, we also were not in a call.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I mean we mostly did it for the jokes, but other than that were regular players on TG. I don't think we metacommed, or "metaplanned" which after going through the rules of the server I couldn't find anything on it. The only time we communicated outside of the round was when we told each other to dress up like thugs, then we simply communicated in IC.

It was definitely clear to me during the process that this felt more pre-planned then meta-commed but given how there was 5 minutes worth of silent interaction from each other before your first real interaction (to start the references) It's hard to justify that you weren't metacomming to some degree in order to carry out the gimmick. Given how there isn't a lot of clarification for meta-planning but there is for meta-comming I did not feel there was enough good faith involved in this scenario to justify the purely coincidental cooperation for 5 minutes.

I did mostly talk with your friend albeit you did remain rather silent during the exchange



I will add that this whole gimmick was rather OOCish and referential for Manuel, making the incident appear quite worse. But personally I found it amusing albeit not quite in good faith.
While It's at least not fully clear to me that you understood what was wrong with the incident compared to your friend 95% is still fairly good, and similar to your friend this appears to be sort of your first real big incident with us
I'm mostly glad that you and your friend took the time to appeal. I think most would be willing to give you another shot at things, as well I do think I may have been overly harsh with the verdict
