Your side of the story: I think I was banned unjustly, and at the time I was banned I ragequited because I was permabanned for no good reason,now I come back 2 months later because I began craving ss13 again and have a huge wish to play it.First of all I didn't know that leaving the game during an investigation is a crime, but basically I was a sec officer and spend some time trying to catch a criminal who was trying to escape, at one point he was in a critical condition and was in a lot of suffering (not by my doing) he was on the floor vomiting and in a lot of pain (this is all happening in a rp scenario) and he SPECIFICALLY ASKED ME to execute him and end his suffering, my actions may have not been the brightest but they were 100% rp friendly and I wasn't ruining anybody's round (the man just got tired and probably wanted to go ghost for the rest of the shift) I was demoted and thrown in to prison for the rest of the round by hos, at the time I thought this was serious injustice since in my mind I didn't do anything wrong( now I understand that I did and I did deserve to get thrown in to jail, but not get a perma ban) and the entire situation was happening in the boundaries of rp.That would have been the end of it have I not have been unjustly banned, I learned my lesson and I think that my IC arrest and demotion was already a good punishment.
Why you think you should be unbanned: As I have explained this was a huge misunderstanding I didn't ruin anyone's round I may have been a dick, but this is a rp game and when someone breaks the rules you throw them in jail which is what happened and it all would have been great unless I have been perma banned for "leaving an investigation" I am sorry I won't leave the game if an investigation regarding me is taking place anymore.
References of good conduct: No I haven't played any other server since my ban, tg is the only server I like and I ragequited the moment I got a perma ban, so I beg you know to unban me and let me play my favorite game of all time
Anything else we should know: I don't understand such extreme punishments for such minor offence, but I guess your server your rules, just let me play this server please.

still did you read my story? And why should I be perma banned for something as miniscule as leaving an investigation.
correction, I did not rage quit when I said "guess I won't then, bye" I did not expect to get banned nor did I ask for it I ragequited after I got banned

I wasn't able to complete the investigation at the time because you logged off, however during it a lot of information came to light that when combined with someone executing someone FNR as sec and possibly lying about it made a rule 1 ban seem appropriate.

If we can hash this out and get to the bottom of things I'd absolutely be willing to edit your ban reason to better fit what happened during that round.

First of all, he ASKED ME to kill them this is a videogame it's not a big deal it's not like he can't respawn the next round, second of all why a perma ban?Couldn't it be just a one week ban?And what is this "investigations" for something that happened inside a videogame you are treating this as if it is a legitimate crime scene. I just want to play the game and have fun and I broke literally no rules during this round apart from disconnecting in the middle of one of your "investigations" which was such a horrible act that I have to be banned for life.And I know I had a lot of other notes on my account but you need to understand is that if you never started this pointless investigation I would never have been banned because I never did anything worthy of a ban

During the investigation the involved party confirmed that they did not ask you to kill them. I was trying to get to the bottom of that when you disconnected, so by our current standards of "If they leave treat as if they have no defense" I assumed that you were lying and acted appropriately.

Lying in ahelps is a big deal, that you've already received a stern warning for.

It also looks like you were lying when you claimed that the HOS told you to kill yourself, which was you saying "uncuff so I can suicide" and the HOS responding with "you can suicide once I left you at permabrig"

This was also a part of your ahelp and would have been fully investigated and discussed if you hadn't disconnected.

You self-reported the HOS telling you to commit suicide, then you requested that they be banned. I looked over their logs and the only time they mentioned you dying was in regards to confirming your desire to suicide. If I have made an error here please point it out in the logs here.

You are just admin abusing, I explained everything to you nicely, and yes he did ask me to kill him I remember vividly they literally lied to you I don't know what to say they just had beef with me and lied so they could screw me over the fact you can't see that really says a lot about you as an "admin" also perma banning is stupid we both know you just got mad someone didn't respect your "authority" so you just perma ban them out of frustration. What is wrong with you people, this is just a videogame your arrogance and power complexes ruin this game completely to the point where it stops being fun, here watch this video :

So there's layers of things going on here, there's what happened within the round then there's also the tickets on your account(s)

The Round
There are three issues at hand here:

Was the killing of Zoey Coldsmith valid?
Was Maureen Drury abusing her role?
Were you honest in your recollections of these things?

The Death of Zoey Coldsmith
By the time you join the round, Zoey is already being re-apprehended for escaping the gulag. Before you joined, she requested a firing squad execution from Maureen Drury and Slips-On-Glass. Maureen gives initial approval, but Slips asserts that "We don't do that here." and her request is denied.
