Was given cat-ears by a traitor CMO, and spent an extended amount of time saying that they were raped by said CMO. When asked about this in adminhelps, continued insisting they were raped/ERP'd with due to their belief that cat ears are an inherently sexual thing. The CMO's emote and say logs made no indication of this being the case. I hope you don't own a cat.

Banned from the server for 4320 minutes - Cool down. During the placing of the note below, thought it warrented to insist that it was due to my catgirl fetish(???) and that I must have been an 'unironic retard'. I let this pass until you adminhelped the next round and, again, continued the verbal harassment along this line.

I joined the round with antags turned off hoping for a chill one and started messing around deliberately getting hit by the tram etc. When I was unconscious from buckling myself to a chair in the tram path, the CMO took the oppurtunity to turn me into a catboy. There is literally no IC justification for this. It wasnt a punishment as I had literally no interaction with him. It was well known that some members of the /tg/ community fetishise felinids and I believe (and still believe) that this is what the CMO was doing - forcing unconscious people into his fetish. I then started calling this out on comms (the punishment for ERP IC is normally lynching, but if I wasn't in the mood to fight sec so I was just bringing it to the attention of the crew that the CMO was doing fetish shit.)

The insinuation that I want to fuck animals seems particular unfair. I have been the victim of someone doing fetish shit and called it out. I would expect people to call out fetish shit whether they have that fetish or not. As such I think "I hope you don't own a cat" line should be removed from the note.

In addition, I'm struggling to find the logs, but I'm pretty sure I only said the word "rape" once and not an extended amount of time. It would be far more accurate to say I complained about the "CMO's catboy fetish" for an extended amount of time, if accuracy of notes is in any way desired.

Again, I can't find the logs but I believe I said I found your take baffling, which I still do, but something alongs the lines of "You're take is so bad that I can't tell if you're a catgirl fetishist or retard". So using the word "AND" to say that I called you both is another inaccuracy, I'm of the impression that it was clearly one or the other.

Finally, given the multiple inaccuracies put into the note, I ahelped asking for an accurate note to be made. I was suprised that you immediately rejected it - with all of the inaccuracies listed above you knew it was inaccurate. Even if you are prone to awful takes like "traitors can force unconscious people to be part of their fetish" - notes are meant to capture fact. Again, I can't read the ahelp logs, but I don't think its fair to describe round 2 as "continued harassment" - I ahelped pointing out that the note had been written in an inaccurate and unfair way. In hindsight, its understandable that you immediately refused to engage as I had been very insulting - however I am hoping you will engage now.

Why you think you should be unbanned: The note is inaccurate. I would like it to be a fair and accurate reflection. Please note I am not appealing the ban (honestly a longer ban would be justified - I was being a prick) - purely the words used in the ban and the note.

CMO's logs, where i saw no indication of them making this a sex thing on their end. good catch on the antag coming in later though, it's not logged via the say/emote logs and all i checked regarding this was their say/emote logs to confirm or deny any ERP adjacent behavior was happening (it wasn't), and if they were an antagonist (they were, but only as of when i started looking into the issue.)

i'll be giving the CMO a talk to about altering peoples characters without their consent without being an antagonist, thanks iwishforducks for the catch on that.

Was given cat-ears by a (not traitor at the time) CMO, and spent an extended amount of time saying that they were raped by said CMO. When asked about this in adminhelps, continued insisting they were raped/ERP'd with due to their belief that cat ears are an inherently sexual thing.
