Yo, i got this note in game from the admin Lowrp, on the 2023-10-11 at 11:31:16, on the Manuel server.

On Round 216487, as the Captain, killed a miner trying to help their fellow miner escape security. Had them disablered on the ground, and executed them instantly with their Sabre. A reminder this isn't valid escalation, especially on the roleplay server, while space law defines people aiding an escape as getting the same punishment as the original prisoner, a basic amount of investigation would have likely revealed they did not know the extent of their crimes. Not around to be questioned about this, please appeal this note on the forums if there's anything incorrect here.

This is not what happened at all. As the captain, I was trying to arrest a miner that kept lighting himself on fire and running into people. While arresting him, his miner buddy keeps trying to pull him away from me. I say that he is a criminal, but he just ignores me, so I slash him a few times with the sabre to scare him off. I never killed either miner, and they were not executed. I agree that maybe it wasn't the best cause of action, but there were no sec and the miner had been running around on fire almost all shift. I almost died because he lit me on fire and I would have if I wasn't rescued. Freeing another crew mate simply because they are the same job as you is cringe, and not RP at all.

Having looked at the log for this, this is a certified lorwp L. i didn't notice anything about them setting people on fire because they were using the spell:
