Ban reason and length: "Being a massive shithead."; permanent. I asked Tsaricide on singulo why he banned me, and he said "Your long history of notes/attitude." He recommended that I appeal it on the forums.
Time ban was placed (including time zone): 2015-06-02 17:53:44 server time.
Your side of the story: I tried to log on and I found out I was banned.
Why you think you should be unbanned:
I believe that I will be able to turn my behavior around and be a positive influence on the server. I have since been playing on other servers, and I have improved my attitude significantly. I feel that the improvements that I have made to my attitude will be long-lasting and very easily recognizable by anybody that interacts with me. I believe that people will be very happy with my attitude and behavior, both in-game and out of game.

I'd like to address a few things. Tsaricide told me that I was permabanned for my long history of notes and attitude. Now, I don't have my notes handy on me right now, but I have seen the list. I may be incorrect, but I think that the longest game-ban I've ever received was a two day ban at the very maximum, and it was a long time ago. The last ban I received before my permanent ban was a 15 minute ban, which was for calling the shuttle early. In both cases, I admit that my actions were wrong. But, looking at my notes, you can see that none of my actions were really anything more than you would see from any other person that you might see on the server. However, this brings me to another thing: the frequency that I have caused problems. Since 2013, I have accumulated approximately 20 notes(!) in 18.5 months. This averages out to about a little bit more than a note per month; not anything too astounding. Regardless, however, this consistent rule-breaking is something that I am certain that I will change. Nothing excuses the fact that I have accumulated around 20 notes since 2013. I will do as much as I can to reduce the amounts of notes that I receive, and hopefully even eliminate altogether any sort of rule-breaking.

I truly am sorry for the trouble that I have caused in the past, and I do believe that I will be able to prove myself to be a positive influence on the community. If I am giving a second chance, I can promise you all that I will really try my best to make sure that your faith in me is not misplaced. I will make it my mission to be not only an average player, but a player that goes above and beyond. If I am unbanned, I will prove to you all that I can really be a great member of this community.

I'm sorry, but you said that you personally messaged MrStonedOne to remove my one day forum ban so that I could post an appeal. Saying that led me to believe that you welcomed an appeal at any time.

My mistake, I misread it as "Your ban is only two weeks" rather than "You've only been banned for two weeks so far


That being said It's unreasonable to ban someone based on notes as the primary reason, He can't even see his notes or defend himself effectively from them.
Kinda ties in with "right to face your accuser" stuff, But I'm assuming it's really a rule 0 ban for being an insufferable cunt in some other way. He's kinda cunty in OOC from what I recall.

I have a history of arguing with people in OOC, and insulting admins when they bwoink me for doing something valid, or just something I didn't do at all.
For example, I've been bwoinked before for blowing up Security, and I've been bwoinked before for blowing up cargo. Neither time did I actually do it, but regardless, I was accused of doing so. Because I was accused of doing something that I didn't, I acted irritable and insulting towards the admin that bwoinked me. Both times, though, I did get off the hook.

I'd like some of the admins who left warnings for "shitty OOC/shitty behaviour" to elaborate here because those notes are more or less meaningless to me. I've never actually interacted with Kodeth personally.

I'm inclined to leave the ban because it'd be lovely if at least one person from the "methhead" event actually got punished, but that honestly isn't really fair to Kodeth, so I'll probably end up lifting this unless something new comes to light. Most of the notes are very old (though the new ones are consistent with old ones, so maybe they're still relevant?)

Or maybe I'll just let Sticky handle it because as I've said, wasn't around to see how he acted.
