Your side of the story: Was being taught Xenobio by a friend and learned about gold slime + plasma, had to test... I tested on the shuttle as the round ended.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't necessarily think I should be unbanned, it was definitely trolly as shit. I just think it shouldn't be permanent. Not to mention now that I got that out of my system I'm ready to make all sorts of cool stuff with my cute blobs.

Is there any precedent for issuing a permaban for the first offense of shuttle griefing? It seems strange to see someone without notes getting a permaban for something like this, but it's entirely possible I'm just misinformed about the precedents.

It was very evidently pure grief as you triggered one slime core, saw it spawn a bunch of shit, saw it kill almost everyone, and once that was done you set off another one while providing no explanation to me and logging off the next round after I pm'd you again. It wouldn't have been permanent if you'd shown any awareness at all that what you'd done was bad, or even responded.

I guess I probably should reduce it now that you appealed, but I'm still not really all that keen to tbh.

Edit: Actually you do kinda seem to vaguely acknowledge it was trash now.

The guy doesn't have any long history of griff and everyone has done something like this at least once.

Ban is lifted, don't do dumb shit again please.

EDIT: To be clear not contesting that this was bannable, just that it shouldn't be permanent if he jumped through the hoops to come say sorry on the forums.
