Xarvox, Scrapheap(I'm not entirely certain if this was the name, it was a very long time ago when I actually got banned.)

Banning admin:
I want to say Longbowman? It was a Bagil admin, one of those that's like always on.

Ban type (What are you banned from?):
Silicon ban.

Ban reason and length:
Captain uploaded corporate, and I lasered his ass. Permaban.

Time ban was placed (including time zone):
I haven't the slightest idea, this was roughly half a year ago.

Your side of the story:
To be entirely honest, this was a well earned ban for someone trying to get away with shit. I thought, in my sleep deprived mind, that I could justify murdering a condom captain under corporate. Obviously, that violates SERVER rules, which escaped me at the time, and is sort of against the vague lawset of corporate. But, yeah, I tried pushing my luck, and got pushed back as a result.

Why you think you should be unbanned:
I think I've had enough time to consider my actions, eheh. On a more serious note, I don't really have much interest in playing against admins like I tried for a moment there, it's not exactly fun. Regardless, I won't be doing law stupidity like that in the future(whether I get unbanned or not, I suppose), and i'll probably just avoid lowpop AI rounds which led me to being a complete jerkoff like that in the first place. Not that I think that excused my behavior. I probably won't be playing much silicon anyways, given that the station's changed so much while I was away, but I hate having this hanging over my head and making me incompatible with MMIs like that.

The normal process is if the original banning admin isn't about it goes to a headmin decision.
We also normally ask for references from other servers if its oldish, to somewhat prove you've either changed or haven't continued to be a dick.

If you can get any kinda notes or anything from another server that would help your case.

It's a silicon ban, not a permaban. I don't think we need to gather references from other servers when he's already playing ours.
