Ban type (What are you banned from?): OOC/deadchat ban
Ban reason and length: was banned for saying that swarmers should do mindless grey goo stuff and not be metagaming assholes that block paths to shuttle and find ways to kill players
Time ban was placed (including time zone): long time ago
Your side of the story: I just got unbanned a few days before this ooc/deadchat ban, I was just expressing my views on the swarmer bs in deadchat and occ, and loller banned me with the ban reason being "I should have done this when I unbanned you". This was clearly nothing more than censorship, he clearly disagreed with my idea that the game should be about roleplay and not mindless griefing
Why you think you should be unbanned: I occasionally want to play the game and its annoying not being able to talk in deadchat

He's managed to go almost a year and 488 connections without any bans or notes other than for the initial evasion, and he's already unbanned from the server, so it can't be the most dangerous thing in the world to let him talk in OOC.
