Clown & Cargo Tech trying to randomly murder captain

Description of what happened:
Clown slipped me and started trying to kill me with a circular saw on the shuttle. When I stunned him with disablers, the Cargo Tech came to his aid and starting attacking me with his violin and then with a fire extinguisher.

Why they should be banned:
For trying to RDM the captain as non-antags.

It took longer than usual because our watchlist function is currently broken so I had to catch him in-game. On top of your random murder that one round, he pulled that NTSL script this round so quite frankly I thought we could do without him. He wasn't clear if he knew the second guy but both of them are also using the CID randomizer thing so no real big loss honestly. Both are permabanned for the reasons in the image. Resolved as far as I am concerned
