I would like to ask a practical question, how can you account for the fact that the main bulk of your proposals are code changes?
Forming a new server is certainly something that you would need a head admin's buy-in to attempt (so being one yourself makes it easiest to gain that majority) but it seems like a lot of what you are proposing requires input from a wide number of people who head admins do not have direct authority over.
You note that this will be a separate siloed codebase... but who is maintaining it? How is it decided what is part of tg and what is part of HRTG?
Is more elaboration on how your plan is to function and how this server will be run forthcoming and only absent due to the fact that you were rushed for time making your post?
