The page does an awful job of describing how the job actually works and telling the abductors how to use their tools. The stun baton doesn't even say you have to use it twice.

It -really- needs a rewrite.

I'll take a stab at it. I've already done the Abductor Agent section, expanding on what his tools can do and when to use them, as well as making the importance of communication clearer.
The guide definitely needs a rewrite.
