Your side of the story: The round started and people freaked out seeing it was Kilo and just fucked around. I didn't kill anyone I was just getting geared incase anyone wanted to kill me. A chainsaw handed person came up to me saying "Hey wanna teamup for the purge?" I said sure. Thinking this is a mutual defense agreement not a murderbone agreement. They then proceed to chainsaw a mime slapping them and i watched the fight go down. The mime then proceeded to pull out a Gun and shoot the attacker and ME who hasn't done anything yet aside from watch. I then joined the fight and kill the mime.
Why you think you should be unbanned: I think this is insanely unfair. Saying I started and participated in the purge is mostly Wrong. People started saying in radio "PURGE!!!" So I just ran into the captains office and made a announcement with the purge message from the movie. I wouldn't say I started it seeing as people were saying purge time in radio far before then. Next teaming up with the chain saw hand person. Of course I said yes I don't want to have a bunch of people trying to kill me. If they had told me murderbone? I would have said No. Lastly, the fight they had incited with the mime. I just watched the fight I wanted nothing to do with it until the mime pulled out a gun and began shooting me. Then I began to try to kill the mime cause well he shot me. Saying in the ban the mime was our "target" Is pretty fucked up and basically saying I had immediately joined the fight when my associate began attacking them.

Aside from a single person, you and your partner were the only people even talking about a purge. This really doesn't matter, aside from some general OOC in IC, as its just talk. The issue was talking about wanting to go around killing people, agreeing to team up with someone who said they want to go around killing people, and then aiding them in killing a person. Admittedly, other people could have said similar messages without using purge exactly, such as your associate who frequently talked about deathmatches and killing everyone rather than saying purge.

So you have a mime who sees two people, one of which has been yelling out about purging the whole round, the other yelling about deathmatches and killing everyone, and he gets attacked with a chainsaw by one of them. You had even yelled out "PURGE!!!!" right before he was attacked. He is then shot, he starts shooting back, you get shot once and start shooting him with a disabler, and then once he is in crit you take out a fire axe to behead and kill him. So you repeatedly talked about purging people, you teamed up with a guy who had repeatedly talked about killing people, you yelled out about purging right before your teammate started trying to kill someone, and then you decided to help kill the person your teammate targeted because they shot you, possibly even on accident. And you decided to do all of this just because it was Kilo. Unless I am missing some key detail I don't see anything wrong with the ban.

The captain and other people were also saying deathmatch as well aside from just saying "purge." This happened around the beginning of the round. The AI said somethin similar. People say all the time time to kill everyone and as expected nothing happens. I dont believe the shot was a accident whosoever when he shot me I was almost directly south of him. My associate west. He even looked in my direction before he shot. Now if he shot me with a disabler thats fine. But He shoots me with a lethal weapon. The rando that was also shooting was just a guy trying to kill everyone.
