Your side of the story: I've got permabanned due to Rule 3 and 11 violations due to excessive usage of racical-oriented slang such as, direct quote: police brutality, racial-oriented things that do not exist inside the gaming world or lore of the server such as, quote: "I will write a complaint about you to NAACP, such a bad person you are". Right before the ban I sprayed the N-word in the hallway, standing right next to it whilst conducting an experiment about getting peoples variable reactions on, which was mixed as a result.
Why you think you should be unbanned: When I played the first hour on the server I've been told that this server is not friendly, which makes it clear to me the nature of the way how players should get fun in the game. I've asked a question in OOC chat about the tolerance to the N-word, though I couldn't get a prescise answer on that. Though I read server rules before playing, some assistant came to me in the hallways and called me a N-word directly, trying to insult me by emphasizing skin color of my character. So that way of playing seemed to me as a normal everyday thing. I was wrong.
I never pointed the context of exactly that word to specific player or someone on the station, as its written on Rule 11. Without this ban I could've done much more stupid things if I had not relied entirely on the rules of the server, and I learned a valuable information for myself that way. I greatly appreciate that administrator who warned me against further violations of this kind, and I apoligze if I offended someone. I really enjoyed that server and I would like to play more on it, thank you.

I never been given with a warning as you calling them notes and I never been told in the adminhelp about any kind of in-game real time problem. How's the playtime affect the ban, though? What I basically did that I tried to meet the community character as it was non-friendly, since that what was been told to me from about 15 minutes from the game, and again, I acted according at the examples of other players, hence that assistant deliberatly called me N-word, and doing that seem'd normal. According to what's been written in rule 11 though, I didn't violated it in the conventional meaning since I never applied the meaning of the N-word to a particular person in direct order to denegrate someone's character, and it actually seems like you biased the ban too harsh, I will explain why.

Now, I respect and I pretty much understand your position, but I think you would agree that giving permaban for a player that barely played 5 hours on this server would not be pedagogical in any way, since this ban does not help to understand exactly how the game should be played, but its just tyranny. Can we make a deal and go with note, and a week of the ban at least, if the dozen of dirty words with nature of non-guided nature for you means great taboo on 9 servers altogether?

Low playtime is a huge issue when you start causing trouble the moment you join the server, yes. Your general conduct does not give me any faith in you. In your very first round you got arrested by security and called them racist. No new player ever acts like this, or should act like this.
Nothing of what you did would normally result in a permaban obviously, but it was all you did from the moment you joined.
I'm not sure why you just fell in love with TGstation from your 3 total hours of playtime. Consider trying other servers first.
