Why are you making this appeal?:
(X) - The ban is factually incorrect
No one showed me any signs of being uncomfortable, AI a seccie and someone else was playing along with this joke and probably more people, the moth is a friend of mine and I strongly believe he is ok too, who i was making feel uncomfortable? the admin didn't specify anything of this and i really want to know in case i had to apologize to that person, i also want to add the admin was a bit disrespectful for not waiting for me to reconnect to talk with me he also wrote "get out" in the banned reason

making feel uncomfortable as far as i know is not true and rule 8 thing isn't true either, i guess the mothmilk joke can be seen as something inappropriate but not something that could break any rule in that shift i thought that it was a thing added to the game and thought it was possible to get by maybe mothroaches

as i said both of the reasons of the ban are really vague and and not specified so i couldn't counter argument much but its clear this is not the kind of thing you perma ban someone

Why should this appeal be accepted?:

I think it should be atleast be temporal and not permanent i think contributed a lot to this comunity, and i will really miss the people of this sever, i already explained why the reasons for the ban are a bit weird so i hope the admin can understand my points even though english is not my native language. Someone ahelped that interaction, expressing discomfort with what they witnessed. You weren't around when I came on, so I made a default judgement, and with your history, I'm not happy with what I saw.

I don't remember the whole thing, but it was started with someone mentioning mothmilk, i wanted to know if that was in the game people were all joking about it and didnt see anyone uncofomtable, the ai told me that my mission was to obtain mothmilk and it sounded like a good thing to goof around in that moment, I've seen worse things been treated as jokes like say gex or moth feet for example, this is a mid roleplay sever so this kind of thing is ok, since people not just ai were playing along i thougt it was ok, I have many hours on terry, it is pure statistics that at some point I joke about something that is not funny i only say what i said to have fun with people that im close to because of playing with them on terry and one of them are just straight up friends. All i can do is trying to tone it down for the next time i roleplay if i get a removal of the ban

Prior context that I just found out: Apparently some admin decided it would be a good idea to give the "udder" component to a moth in a previous round and host a "moth milking event".

This resulted in a host of stupid milking jokes on Terry that culminated in this.

I really do not want people to be encouraged to do this as it sounds weird and creepy even with context.

Prior context: People were talking about moth milk in OOC for some reason.

Your actions, however, took it to the extreme, shouting about moth milk, kidnapping the moth and causing them to suicide/ghost for it.

This was really leaning towards rule 8, but with the context that other people were talking about and tolerating it because of a prior event (which I find stupid but it's another admin who did this so w/e), I can reduce the ban to a month.

Not remove, because you still shouldn't be cuffing or kidnapping moths to milk them, that's creepy even with context.

I'll edit the note with the explanation of what happened. To be absolutely clear, the original ban and note was done under the assumption that it was something spontaneous you did for zero reason, and with the added context I can safely say it wasn't that.
