Nah bro it's not that I watch my calories so as to lose weight, it's to gain weight.

just made a griddled peanut butter sandwich (yes at 4 am)
the difference between buttering the bread and just melting it in the pan is enormous
melt it in the pan, its so much more uniformly cooked and way tastier
just dont use too much butter and make sure to not spill melted peanut butter on yourself when you eat it

Get some shitty beef cuts, Rice, corn, peas carrots beef stock

normal 2 qt pot and lid....

Braze beef cuts to your liking...in pot... less to clean up and epic reason... add spices or what ever the fuck you like.

Add 1-3 cups of beef stock to meat and pot... depends on type of rice you use... I prefer Bosmati long grain because its Alpha as fuck and if i got it wild rice mixed in.

Let stew simmer what the fuck ever on low 2-3 hours

SET TO FUCKING HIGH... this is for basmati only I do not know any other ways to cook other type of rice

Again depending on rice add one cup to that pot, carrots, corn, peas, any veggies you want but watch out it will drastically change the fucking flavors if you go insane

little slip of butter... Again going off basmati rice...

Cook for roughly half hour on low. Check it and stir

Fucking Beef pot roasted rice...

Serves who ever the fuck you want.

Also in the end make sure to mix that shit good, the beef will break apart with a god damn spoon at that point.

Cheep cuts work good, Lean shit will be tougher so stew, simmer what ever, longer or until it breaks apart with a spoon

you trim the fucking fat off? give me your god damn man card....

Edit:

Too god damn watery? Get sum beef bullon or that jello beef stock add it... Get a cup of cold water mix it with flour stir till no fucking lumps mix with water beefy rice... Now you got stew. add gravy master you got Beef rice gravy.

Want to go full retard?

Get some tortillas spoon that shit on one add sour cream... WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS?

I have no idea if I can recreate it.
But I just created the best chicken pieces + noodles stir fry ever seen in humanity. It was heaven.

This pasta is pretty awesome.

Basically you fry some bacon while cooking some pasta and when the pasta has a few minutes left to cook you throw snap peas into the pasta pot.

Then when the pasta and bacon and peas are done you throw them into a bowl, slap some greek yogurt and grated cheese on top and also squeeze out a lemon in there.

If you do it very fast it's the most awesome thing ever. You have to have everything cooked/prepared/ready at the same time so you can combine all the ingredients of this shit within a minute.

It's good because I'm fucking tired of TOMATO/CREAM pasta sauces.

Also pasta ncasciata would have been cool if it wasn't for them eggplants because fuck cooking eggplants. If you get someone else to cook them the pasta becomes cool though.
