We make these threads because it allows regular players to discuss ban appeals and forum complaints even when they are not personally involved. If you actually read this thread, you would notice that many people were siding with you and calling this whole thing a misunderstanding.

sadly this is probably the time to point out the nature of peanut threads (like this thread) on the forum. Think of a bunch of passersby commenting on your appeal; they are not allowed to comment on your complaint itself because that's the official business forum where the people involved explain what happened. Everyone still loves to gossip about bans and complaints so they make a thread in another forum to comment on it and laugh about everyone involved, a peanut gallery so to speak (a bunch of uninvolved people gossiping about drama in a unofficial space).

People here don't really care that much about it, they just want to gossip while some might make serious arguments most will laugh at what occurred. Personally I love all the pearls being clutched here but all the same it's unlikely to make or break your appeal.


That said, I doubt the complaint will go anywhere besides maybe the other two headmins agreeing it's unfortunate naloac responded aggressively on a assumption of bad faith. Probably the best case scenario really; telling a player to fuck off when they send a useless ahelp is pretty tame.
