Was playing that round and therefore didn't have the context for this, and I'm assuming he caught a ban because some people went on a slip n slide out of the shuttle thanks to the vapor.
What is a little confusing is 31 days for that, since the policy I've heard was 1 day per nonantag kill as a nonantagonist.

Like I said, I didn't have context to this, so I await admiralawesome's response to this one, since in a void of no context whatsoever a month's a little strange.
