I use half olive oil and half sesame oil instead because it has a better flavor, but some people might be overwhelmed by it. I suggest either making your own curry powder or finding "S&B Oriental Curry Powder" In a little yellow and red can, likely at an asian market or global foods market near you (if you have one), but store-bought will do fine. Also, if you like more flavor, add some season salt. It helps.

100g Ground Beef and Pork Mixture or single ground meat (3.5 oz)
60g Soy Beans, boiled (2.1 oz)
60g Kidney Beans, boiled (2.1 oz)
60g Carrot (2.1 oz)
240g Onion (8.5 oz)
2 Bell Peppers
15g Ginger Root, coarsely chopped (0.5 oz)
15g Garlic, coarsely chopped (0.5 oz)

1 tbsp Curry Powder
100ml Water (3.4 fl oz)
50g Curry Sauce Mix (1.8 oz)
Olive Oil
½ tsp Soy Sauce
¼ tsp Salt
Pepper
