Probably not, the biggest qualification is whose in hostchat, but it won't do you much favor.

Void should be a valid option IMO, they get good pop and have a very active admin team that enforces their rules diligently.
Bee is also good but it's MRP. Actually fairly hard to find another server that has LRP.
