Headmin appreciation thread
Its been a pretty good term thus far. I think we have some people with their heads screwed on straight in charge. Policy has been a slow burn, but I think its moving in the right direction. I expect that significant and beneficial change will be enacted before the term is over.

Re: Headmin appreciation thread
I think it's been productive having a balanced headmin team.
Three maintainers means all technical aspects are covered. We're all tech savvy and Mothblocks has prior experience with keyholder tools. We can make more informed judgement calls on technical issues when MSO flags them up to us by nature of that.
Melbert has a specific focus on MRP with an interest in LRP, I have a focus on both MRP and LRP and experience adminning both, and Mothblocks has a specific focus on LRP with an interest in MRP.
No major hot topics on the plate for now. Melbert has been strong and stable. Mothblocks has been improving admin infrastucture. I've been discussing policy to the point people have told me to take a mental health break.
Maybe I'll blow up the RP Rules entirely and redraft all of them. If I'm feeling feisty. I want to bring a taste of LRP to MRP and a taste of MRP to LRP. I don't want them to be so different. I'd interested in an MRP similiar to LRP except where people are making more IC/RP-based decisions instead of OOC ones. Taking reasonable actions based on the events of shift instead of purely on what the rules say you can and can't do. Some would call playing a role. Roleplay.
