TGUI SAY VERBS ARE BASED BYOND BELIEF

Thought it might be slower and clunkier like some other TGUI implementations but in reality its just really lovely and smooth.

Also, now we can interact with people speech as they type it.
We can bring back that thing where people get cut off mid sentence because they got hit. That was cool.

had to turn off the typing hotkeys because they would open up a panel and prevent me from moving/typing in the chat bar

it looks very nice
although it would be neat if it would automatically change that tab on the left to the radio channel when you type ; or :v and stuff but that might be complicated with nukies having a different default radio channel and such

i've thought that for years froggers and will hopefully get time to implement that after it is merged

if you are going to touch that, you sould also make it so if you click on the radio/ooc/say word it shows a list of all the channels you can access and their fast key
