nuclear reactors today are incredibly efficient & safe (in the case nobody fucks up horribly which is heavily unlikely). that being said nuclear reactors can also act as a explosive barrel you know in FPS games where there are those explosive barrels which go BOOM if you shoot them? well a nuclear reactor could actually be shelled/hit by a missile causing a terrible chain reaction (almost occurred during the russo-ukraine war)

i don't even think nuclear reactors today are even guarded // have any defense against sabotage. but to answer the question no, nuclear reactors are not all risky.
