He sounds like an 8 year old with his really dumb excuses about him being unaware about anything. Literally doing the exact same shit that got him banned before, using the exact same excuse, and expecting a different result. Somehow this person becomes aware of them getting antag banned, but is completely unaware of anything else in the entire world.
