as suggested by capsandi, i want to start a game of secret hitler in the players club.
The first phase of this is selecting the players!
the first 10 players to respond in this thread, saying they want to play, get to play.
How to make sure you fit the playerbase:
- - You can check the forums daily, maybe even more during the talking phases as well as make sure you dont lose access to the players club by playing tg
- you have read the rules (or at least the objective on page 2)
- you do not quit if you get a role you do not want
- you have time to play this game for the forseeable future
How do we play?
I will be acting as a game master of sorts, to enforce and gurantee secrecy. i cannot control what players discuss outside of the game.
Every player will get assigned a number from 1-10. i will post that list in every thread. the President in the first round will be number one, in the second round it will be number 2... (unless there is a special election)
i will create every game thread. non-players, please refrain from talking in the game threads. i cannot enforce this. i will create a peanut thread when we start.
Voting will be held in DMs to me (on the tg forums or on discord after you told me who you are on the tg forums , to prevent bias. the results will be released in a dedicated event thread (as well as other stuff like executions and policies selected) by me, for clarity. please refrain from talking in this thread too.

Wait how do we play?
1. The next President is Chosen.
2. i Create a Legislative Session Thread to discuss the next chancellor. This Thread is Closed when the Chancellor has been Chosen. the Players themselves call the vote (yall have to agree on it or something) and DM me their vote on the tg forums or Discord.
3. I announce the Result in the Event Thread (Name - Vote)
4. I DM the President 3 Policy Cards chosen at random. he discards one. i tell the Chancellor the 2 remaining Policies. He discards one and enacts the other. They cannot talk to each other during this. after this i announce the Result in the event thread.
5. The President uses his Power, if he got one. he can discuss on who to use his power with the other players if he chooses to (Executive Session thread). he has to use his power on someone. i DM the Result to the President. Executions get announced in the Event Thread.
6. a new round is started.
