Looks like they're questioning whether whatever scenario happened was enough to justify execution under RPR6.

especially when it is farmable. normal legion from tendrils are always the ash skeletons, but snow legion from portals always drop a normal legion corpse. This means you can just kill them repeatedly to farm syndicate mod suits

As someone who knows the person who made the complaint, they're mostly (to my knowledge) just upset with the fact that they feel like they were blamed for someone else breaking a rule (that being RPR6), and probably want to know whether or not the rule applied or not.
