Aboration is an extremely complex issue before you get into the argument of the 10th amendment. All of Europe has limits for when an abortion isn't allowed the world that you think a 9 month pregnant woman can walk in and abort a perfectly healthy baby just doesn't exist.

As for healthcare all of Europe has private healthcare/health insurance. Maybe you, like every progressive in this nation, has confused a public option for arresting every doctor that doesn't want to work for the state.
