The possibility that there is no HOP and the Captain can't be bothered to give you maint access (or an acting captain is antag) so your antag of choice, I'm looking at cult in particular, is guaranteed to win by default.

I would also say "The possibility that sec officers respond to requests to deal with grey tide instead of looking for signs of antags in maint," but let's be realistic here...
