Posting in your own Peanut-thread: Putting an end to a misconception!
Everyone has seen this before: A peanut thread goes up, someone involved speaks up in it, and suddenly they find themselves getting berated by a hate-mob, chastising them for posting in their respective peanut thread!
I want to make it one thing clear: POSTING IN YOU OWN PEANUT THREAD IS ALLOWED AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN ACCEPTABLE!
There has been a huge misconception about the unwritten rule regarding peanut threads lately, and with particularly newer people starting to believe it, it is getting out of hand.
The unwritten rule originally addressed people CREATING their own peanut threads.
That was first and foremost only because you were considered a wimp if you opened up your peanut thread and started crying and bitching about the jannies, especially if your appeal was juuust created! The idea was, if there was legitimate cause or an issue, the community would recognize it itself and start discussing it, and it would legitimize your claims of whatever wrongdoing you encountered.
What it boils down to is, that nobody likes someone going in all "WOOOEE IS ME, LOOK AT POOR ME, ADMIN ABUUUSE, ADMIN ABUUUSEEEEeeE", and also because if everyone did that, it would swamp the forums with thousands of babies whining non-stop over every stubbed toe on the forums.
In recent times however, some people, particularly the newer ones, seem to have gotten this rule all mixed up, and are now applying the rule to people merely posting in peanut threads that they are involved in.
I have found this to be particularly nasty, when the same people were slinging insults and deragotory remarks in the peanut towards the person in question, and then cried outrage if the same person responded to that in that thread. You start shit, you have to be prepared to get hit, no matter where. And I think it's pretentious to hide in your safe space to talk all sorts of shit, and then cry like a baby when someone puts you in your place.
Essentially, as soon as someone starts discussing your case, it is fair game for you to post in it, especially to defend yourself! It makes no sense to admonish people for doing so, and it only encourages little babies to run their mouth and tox up the forum all within the protection of their safe space.
I hope this clears it up, if you ever find someone frothing at their mouth for posting in a peanut you're involved in, feel free to point them to this thread to educate them.
With nutty regards

Agreed. Only making your own peanut should be frowned upon.

There is a lot of very bizarre nonsense being talked on this forum. I shall now remain silent and logoff until my points are vindicated.

Just came here to say: screech, retards. Screech and writhe like the worms you are. Your pathetic little cries will keep echoing around for a while before quietting down. There is one great outcome from this: I rised up the blood pressure of some of you shitheads and lowered your lifespan. I'm honestly tempted to do this more often just to see you screech and writhe more, but that wouldn't be cool of me. So come on haters, show me some more of your high blood pressure please.

Just don't care about having other people's approval or validation about what you post.
People jumping down others throats just for posting where they can is absolutely boring anyways.
