1. re: somebody saying they aren't targeted, people with mental disabilities definitely get abused, but I don't necessarily agree with that decision expanding rule 11 re: including them
2. MSO made it clear that being insulting to an admin shouldn't weigh in on punishments but it seems clear it was a factor in this case
3. Appeals likewise aren't supposed to incur retaliation and now we got admins discussing permabanning crag after looking at logs, hate to see it

Honestly that's evidence to me that mentally disabled are more targeted than people in any other protected class. There will never be a discussion outside of stormfront regarding confiscating guns from a minority class of people, but people right now are attempting to codify taking weapons away from people with mental illness, who are statistically 11 times more likely to be victims of violent crime than the general population (and therefore arguably have a greater need for self defense than the mentally well). I still think making it an auto ban re: rule 11 is silly when rule 1 can handle helping anyone being harassed due to having mental problems.

As long as the chemist (?) ate a dayban plus a roleban for griefing, bad escalation, and harassment I don't see the issue with a 2 day ban here honestly. That's a pretty lenient and sit-out-able ban for blowing out like that, at most crag could have argued for a note amendment.
