The part that's inaccurate is that she beat me up once, I have a bad back and neck I cannot take that kind of abuse. So I warned her I wouldn't go easy on her next time. Next time came, she tried to hit me in the face, I backstepped it and retaliated in exactly the same way. One hit and it was over. Do you really think i meant to do that?? I took a plea deal because I don't have time to go to court and I was gonna stay out of jail at all costs. I have shit to do.

If it's the first I'd say the justice system doesn't agree that you were in the right, if it's the second then I'd say, maybe, possibly, your story could add up.
