Right. Crag, that was an utterly dipshit-tier mega ultra dumbfuck image to post from a person that had a conniption ending in an admin complaint for a related subject matter.

I'm going to hazard a guess that it was an off-kilter, or otherwise, joke made in massively bad taste or without consideration of the consequences of posting your choice of image.
