It basically comes down that they're all relatively procedurally generated videos with the purpose of monetizing them. A lot of parents will turn the phone or tablet on for their real young ones to watch or play it in the background while they're playing then kinda just leave it running. The idea was to have these extremely cheaply made videos be designed to abuse Youtube's algorithm so they'd autoplay and passively generate income.

Youtube supposedly cracked down hard on them a few years back and made it so you can't monetize videos like that anymore, but it's fucking Youtube; I wouldn't be shocked if someone found a way around it.
