Admins, please let us know if requiring Head of Staff stamped bomb licenses would have prevented this mans ban, or if it would render the relevant Head of Staff culpable instead.

I think that would in fact be on the captain? Captains have a lot of leeway to take the blame for stupid dangerous shit they command their underlings to do. But the seller would probbably told not to do it again any time soon.

captain is a grief role like clown. if the clown gave a stamp of approval and was handing out bomb selling licenses it’d probably be ok and really funny. same deal with the captain.

I was in that round watching. 3 out of 4 security dropped the bombs and gibbed themselves, when searching the bags. It was a sight, man.
