I love cargo tech but janitor is also a fun job. Great starter job for learning the layout of stations and you have a subtle effect on rounds. I firmly believe that if the station looks like crap people will act more rabic, which means janitor is the first line of defense for keeping the station in order (arguably more than security). It just sucks when a janiborg or two completely take the job out from under you (fucking CLANKERS). It's also one of the only jobs where people will thank you when you do it.

paramedics are the most powergamy powergamers who ever powergamed 90% of the time. Nearly every time I see one they're either an antagonist or they're using their AA as a non-antag to loot departments for food and tools. I hate borgs like nothing else but at least when I see a medical borg I'm confident in knowing that an overwhelming majority of the time they aren't about to run off with our medkit, toolbox, donuts, or department pet

Having 3 different metric kinda ruins the tier list, because there are some jobs that I would put polar opposite to each other based on your criteria if it was split.

Most of the head roles for instance fit the setting very well, A or S tier, but clearly you have issues with the implementation of them that sends them to the bottom of the list.

Head Admin: Feburary 2022 - September 2022

I hate how low Botanist is on the list. It's probably one of the more chillax and yet robust jobs you can have on the /tg/ codebase. And for the most part, people will leave you alone, unless people desperately need wood or apples. RIP glowshrooms though, they got nerfed right in the kneecaps. I wish they actually stuck around longer than just being a very short use spreading glowstick.

All of engineering should be S tier. It's like janitor, but they fix practical problems and tend to be heroes by fixing the station.

Scientist should be in S or at the top of A, the entire point of the station is to mess around with plasma and see what happens!

In general jobs where you move around the station are an order of magnitude better than those where you are only incentivised to spent the entire round in the same room working on the same project without seeing anyone.

Mainly weighing these as how well they fit the setting, and if their implementation is good. My experience or fun would skew this heavily!

For instance, AI is perfect for the setting and its implementation is great. Medical staff are perfect for the setting, but I find tgmed lacking.

Janitor and cook are perfect jobs! Captain, leaves a lot to be desired!
