if you are in a fight and need them down for a few seconds to wail on them, get a wallshove and then shove them a few more times into the wall

if you have a baton you just use that and then shove them before batonning again since its a true combo

alright im completely out of the loop, when theyre on the ground can you continue shoving them into the wall? i thought it would just stun them if they were already prone
also yeah batons are good that's true, the slipcuff however should require garbage you find in the trash which usually doesnt include those

shove into wall to knock them down, 1 shove after they are prone to stun them, by the time the stun ends theyll start getting back up so you need a way to either stunlock them or end the fight there.

you still cant shove someone who is in the process of standing back up (which is why rest/unrest is actually powerful to bait people into wasting their click cooldown to shove you and gives them a false sense of security to stand still so you can whale on them)

But now atleast it shows people a gear icon when you are in the process of standing back up so its no longer (i shove this guy on the floor and he immediately stands up right after with no indication of why)





Or you can just play like me and avoid/counter that type of combat entirely.

Tasers took no skill and was a massive crutch for both new players and those who arent as focused on mechanics while also being hell to face when a good player is powergaming with it, like a much more extreme version of how baton is seen now

Tabling (IIRC) does a knockdown and applies stamina damage so you can:
table -> shove (shovestun) -> aggro grab -> table -> shove (shovestun) -> aggro grab -> table and now they're stamcrit

I don't think this is going to quite hit the shovestun timer reset, so add in a wallthrow between the two tablings to maintain your knockdown
