Disable CONTINUOUS WIZARD
Disable mulligan/CONTINUOUS WIZARD on well wizard rounds in the config.
Wizard rounds should ideally end when the wizard is dead because it's just cancer to deal with antags appearing instead of the round ending.
Most admins disable mulligan anyways. I'd say this will lead to shorter rounds when wizards roll, but generally the station is in a bad shape already and people playing security are exhausted from dealing with a wizard or two for upwards to an hour.

Usually the rounds don't end because summoning things creates more antags and the round won't end with more antags

Even when there's summoning there's still no lings and traitors being created because wizard is dead. Arguably lings/tots are worse than just regular summon guns/magic miniantags.

On the subject of summoned antags making it so the round ends when the wizard dies would force them to actually do their job and protect him

For a round where you're supposed to collaborate together to defeat an extremely powerful opponent, to have a mulligan afterwards when the wizard spawns weapons all the time is asking for random unfun chaos where everyone dies. Just imagine if each traitor round went like that. I agree with this completely.

either way the mulligan isn't fun because it just sows salt and is an administrative nightmare since no one knows who's an antag and everyone's getting killed (and then ahelping) while they just try to escape. Its not a fun kind of chaotic its a kind of chaotic where you feel cheated.
