Give Admin Trainers the ability to perma set people's rank

Right now only head admins and game masters can perma set people's rank. This makes it slightly annoying as an admin trainer when my candidate reaches AO/AC, as I now have to spam ping game masters and head admins until someone logs on. I don't think admin trainers are any less trustworthy with these privileges than game masters or head admins, especially with how small the current pool of trainers is.

We already have the ability to perma set people's Discord rank, lemme do it in game too!

Was this back in the days of old like I saw in the start of the candidate tracking thread where trainers were recruiting admins on a whim and nobody was keeping any of the staffing logs updated?

I dont think this is a good change as admins should also need to go to ask for permission to do stuff. Just ping a higher admin if you want this done.

Admin trainers already need permission from head admins to get a candidate in the first place (every term I've seen has required all three), that ship has sailed.

If you need permission from headmins to candidate someone and permission to make them a full trialmin, why bother with needing the extra permissions. You would be saving a headmin like a minute of logging on to the server and doing it themselves. Not a major issue either way imo, just puts more control in the headmin category which I think was the original idea. It's pretty easy to change someone's rank every round anyway if not slightly annoying as you said.
