They should unless they were removed with a stealth change.

I'll allow it on the condition that someone disguised as a borg sounds like they have silicon speech to them

I'd say yes it can, if the borg was ordered to since you shouldn't be killing non-Humans unless ordered to or in compliance of Law 1. A name's just a tag and doesn't really mean a lot to a borg or AI and if it sounds like a Lizard, looks like a plant then until you get a proof of Humanity - it's pretty safe to assume it's not Human.

Though if you're unsure of whether something is Human or not (like a Nuke OP covered up by their suit) then you should treat them as Human until proven otherwise.

If whatever's disguised as a plant is actively trying to kill someone be he human or subhuman, I think it'd be hilarious to allow the borg to kill him as long as he maintains the belief that he's attacking a killer plant.

Its never safe to assume its non-human if you don't want to break law 1.
Ezel wrote:There is no way to tell its human...
You have to definitely know its non-human before you can harm it and not break your laws, otherwise the odds are you are harming a human are pretty high given they make up most of the crew capable of dressing up as a borg/plant. Even hissing when they talk isn't a safe way to do it anymore given that you can transplant tongues.

Same issue with lings, if someone tells you its a ling but there isn't any evidence that it is then killing it is a good way to potentially harm a human, unless you catch them doing it or a bunch of people can confirm what happened you're in a shitty spot as an AI. Best to trap it forever surrounded by walls.

If doesn't look human it's not human. But you still can't just attack it because. If it's asimov

1) Does the Plant/Borg imposter causing harm or going to cause imminent harm?
2) Have you been ordered to attack it?
3) Does it threaten your exsistence.

It's basically the same thing as a monkified geneticist to me. OOC you KNOW it's human/lizard but it's in a non-human form so it's non human (like xenobio slime people). Once the disguise falls and they are revealed to be human you can't attack them further though.
