I had this idea there could be a new job that would programme and/or other autonomous machines. This would of course not replace the human brain method instead create an alternative way of getting an AI, this would of course be one of the trickiest jobs including cooperation between robotists, programmers and the captain. The Robotists would need to make computer chips and assemble the AI Core, the programmers to code the AI, create its laws, running it in a testing inviorment, ironing out the bugs and finally add it to the AI uppload or other autonomous machine (by permission and over seeing of the captain). The recuired code would need to be randomised every round. And the same code will not work on every type of autonomous machine. (Also AI controlled COW... yes...)
EDIT:it would be like the genetics interface not actually coding

Whos with me!!!
Also I have more job/change ideas in development.
Have a nice day!

Re: New Job Programmer/Coder
I could see this being very interesting. Perhaps the incentive for coders to iron out the bugs (kek) would be that it would induce strange effects in some machines (emag effects) or give borgs/AI Ion laws

Of course it would not be actually programming just a UI.

I think you should go into more detail what you actually mean hereblepblops wrote:Of course it would not be actually programming just a UI.
