Small spider update - Statue code nightvision & Spider eggs

Statues despite being a barely used and controlled entity outside of a set number of circumstances have almost perfect night and global vision that can be toggled whilst spiders are very much restricted. Simply copy and paste it on and spiders become a whole lot more playable (acute spider senses)

Second suggestion is that spider eggs drawn from dead spiders or obtained otherwise (Uplink?) should be able to be implanted via surgery into a person in which they will then develop at the speed of the person current status and release spiderlings upon burst-death (kinda ripping off facehuggers as of current but whatever) remove spider eggs from person/intact corpse/cadaver to stop the process. Interesting way to dispose of persons via a gibbing death.

Allows scientists to get spiders into the game quick without fuss for toxin farms and pink slime potion ventcrawling assassins besides just interesting lab subjects to freak the AI out with.

We need to be able to implant parts of spiders into you, which when combined with radium gives you web slinging. Like eye lasers but from your hands.
