Not defending grief ghosts, but you can't ignore a threat and then complain when it comes to bite you in the ass later.

It's generally impossible to stop them from jaunting again. Only times I've seen a grifghost actually die is because it tried to zap some people within ear shot of someone with a gun. The 'counters' against an antag who has free range of the station are akin to trying to lay banana peels in the hallway to defend your house from a T-1000.

1 salt everything. Can't defile salt piles.
2 stay away from lights. Or just break em.
3 taunt it. It'll trigger the Rev and they will go into maximum butthurt and target you.
